Yes. Both formats deliver identical 12–16 mg of active sulforaphane per serving. Take 2 capsules daily to match one powder sachet. The only difference is delivery method—capsules use delayed-release technology to activate in your small intestine, while powder activates when mixed with water.

Broc Shot Capsules use a vegan delayed-release (enteric) coating that protects both glucoraphanin and the myrosinase enzyme through stomach acid.
